SremmLife wasn't the only debut rap album that dropped in 2015. Joey Bada$$ also dropped his first studio LP B4.Da.$$ featuring production from his Pro Era brethren Kirk Knight and Chuck Strangers along with DJ PREMIER, Hit-Boy, Statik Selektah, J Dilla, The Roots, and more. Lil Durk also released his first album that year. The Chicago rapper kicked off the summer with his debut LP Remember My Name led by his single "Like Me" featuring Jeremiah. Over on the West Coast, Vince Staples also made his grand debut with his double LP Summertime '06.

It's impossible to talk about 2015 releases without mentioning Future. The Freebandz founder went on a run that year beginning with his joint effort with Zaytoven, Beast Mode. Pluto reappeared that summer with fan favorite DS2 featuring hits like "Thought It Was A Drought," "Stick Talk," "F**k Up Some Commas," and "Where Ya At" featuring Drake. Before their recent issues, Future and Drake were once an unstoppable duo. They teamed up again a few months later for their joint album What A Time To Be Alive featuring classics like "Diamonds Dancing," "Jumpman," and more. What a time, indeed.
