Too Young For a Cell Phone?

Producer Rachel has discussed it before and now she thinks her kids need one. She used to think they would wait until at least age 10 but at 6 and 7 she thinks Nico and Sophia need one. She bought these GPS watches but they would not sync to make phone calls.
