Lisa was trying to mail her tax return at the post office on tax day, April 15th, but they closed before she got there. Another guy doing the same thing offered to run it up to the other post office and she was so thankful... but then her husband thinks she was crazy because she handed her personal taxes over to a stranger! So Jeff asked Spike to call and scare her about their taxes not getting to the IRS.
