None of us even knew Joey had any talent on the basketball court, but does he? He tried out for the NBA on Sunday. The Grand Rapids Drive is an NBA G-League team and affiliate of the Detroit Pistons of the National Basketball Association and they hosted an open tryout that Joey attended. The team is located on the west side of the state where you can also listening to Mojo in the Morning. He wouldn't leave the show, but maybe we can have a professional athlete on the show?
He said the highlight of the day was learning from superstars Andre Drummond and Ben Wallace. Now he is just waiting for a call back from the team... good luck Joey!
