In just one week this is what Bundled and Good Girl Comeback have been able to do THANKS TO YOU! We have seen a level of compassion and gratefulness that has brought tears to our eyes. It is a good reminder that we are all in this together. We plan to keep going for as long as we can.

With everything in our world changing so fast due to the safety precautions around COVID-19, we have been looking for ways to help in our community. Our minds immediately went to the nurses and doctors who are working around the clock to help care for the sick. Then we thought of the small businesses who must close their doors in order to help decrease the spread of this virus.
We started to make calls to doctors and nurses we know and asked…”what do you need?” “how can we help?” and they all basically said the hospitals are so busy there is not a spare second to prepare a meal.
So we have partnered with Bundled, a Michigan-based gifting business, to raise money to purchase large catering orders from local restaurants in Metro Detroit and have them delivered to the nurses and doctors working in the emergency rooms. The meals will be dropped off outside the main doors of the emergency room and then someone from the hospital will put in the break room for the entire E.R. staff to enjoy.
We know this is an overwhelming time and we can feel helpless at times, so we wanted to organize a way we could all come together to do our small part to help those in need. Our plan will hopefully show love to the medical professionals tirelessly caring for our community’s health and help small businesses stay open, continue to employ and help use food that would otherwise be wasted because of the unexpected closures.
